Seis times jogarão no formato MD1 (melhor de um) em três turnos. A competição terá a duração de 8 semanas, onde todos os times jogarão tanto na segunda-feira quanto na terça-feira.
As quatro equipes melhores classificadas vão para os playoffs, onde nas semifinais, o 1° enfrentará o 4° e o 2° enfrentará o 3°. As semifinais e final serão no formato MD5.
- Série de Promoção para o CBLOL
A equipe campeã do Circuito Desafiante ganhará acesso direto ao segundo split do CBLOL 2019 enquanto que ficar em segundo lugar jogará contra o 7° colocado do CBLoL.
